Service Taker or Service Provider
Service Taker
Any woman who registers on the website to submit one or more requests for services.
Service Provider
Any woman who submit personal and professional information, including sensitive data, photos, images, designs, etc in order to register and offer different types of services on the website
Request
All the personal details and information, including sensitive data, that a Service Taker (customer) can submit online on the website to request any of the offered services.
Service Taker Account
Any account opened on the platform by a woman who wants to use the services offered by SuperAmiga App, specially when it comes to hiring the services from the available self employed women’s profiles on the platform. All the details of the information provided in her account is her total responsibility.
Service Provider Account
Any account opened on the platform by a woman who wants to use the services offered by SuperAmiga App, specially when it comes to offer her professional services to the available wide network of women connected through the platform. All the details of the information provided in her account is her total responsibility.
Prices
Pricing and information provided and self defined by the Service Provider on the platform for the purpose of letting the service takers know the cost of any possible hiring.
Business Profile
Information provided and published by a Service Provider, containing all the information about her services, her business and all the information related to improving the chance of getting hired.
Agenda
The calendar that every Service Provider needs to set in order to give the Service Takers the opportunity to choose a slot when asking for a service.
Loyalty Program
The system SuperAmiga App uses to give additional compensation to its users which also gives them the opportunity to receive training, motivation, prizes, awards, rewards and much more.
Rewards
Our users may have access to win prices due to the possibility of accumulate points from their transactions according to the available programm which should be communicated through out the Loyalty Program section on the platform
Points
Every pound will become a point according to the available programm, you have to access the Loyalty Program section on the platform to get the current details.
Rating
The mark every user can get according to her behaviour or performance during a service or the communication related to it.
Tip
Volunteer way that any service taker has to give an extra compensation to a service provider after getting a service done.
Donation
Volunteer way that any user of the platform has to donate money online for our Women’s Mental Health Program. It can be done when finishing the payment process of a service received or at anytime looking for the link in the platform..
Women’s Mental Health Program
The program we defined as part of our purpose which allows any users or individuals to take part of our activities and/or donations made to charities related to Mental Health, by now, specifically in Colombia; and that is featured specially by looking for women under mental health conditions with not enough money to cover their treatments.
Partner
Individual or third-party company working with SuperAmiga App under a commercial business contract to provide additional services or features for our users.
Franchisee
Individual or company with the commercial and temporary rights to use our brand, making a profit from it, working under the guidelines of SuperAmiga UK Ltd and paying royalties for it.
These Terms and Conditions have the purpose to:
This document forms a binding contract between the company and you, the User, and applies at all times while using the platform and the services provided through it. This document and its content are applicable, without restriction or reservation, to all the services offered by SuperAmiga App. SuperAmiga App has the legal right to modify at any time its services, to add and/or change them, without being liable to any type of compensation claim on the part of the service provider or the service taker. This document is available on the platform. All data registered by SuperAmiga App constitutes proof of all transactions. If any Service Provider or Service Taker on SuperAmiga App violates these terms at any time while using the platform or its services, SuperAmiga App can block them and deny permanently or temporarily their access to the platform and its services.
As a Service Taker or Service Provider registered on the platform with SuperAmiga App, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, unconditionally and fully is by default implied and acknowledged. Any user can read these Terms and conditions on the platform. SuperAmiga UK Ltd. reserves the right to modify the content of this document at any time and without prior notice, by publishing the updated version directly on the platform. Service Takers and Service Providers must regularly review these Terms and Conditions in order to stay informed of any modifications made to them.
SuperAmiga UK Ltd. provides an online service designed to connect women who are looking to provide or to take services to meet their daily needs. The platform enables service takers to look for several categories of services, to look between them for a specific one and check the profile and the availability of any service provider for the time and date they are looking for. Every service provider set up their schedule and their prices, so the service taker can have access since the very beginning to the information required to make a conscious decision when picking up a service provider.
SuperAmiga App acts only as a host and provides:
SuperAmiga UK Ltd. can and may advertise to its Users through its SuperAmiga App, the platform, the websites, its social media accounts and email campaigns.
SuperAmiga UK Ltd is not a recruitment agency. SuperAmiga UK Ltd is not a temporary placement agency. SuperAmiga UK Ltd does not have an Employer status for the service providers listed on its platform. The Service Providers are in no way subordinated to SuperAmiga UK Ltd, either while making use of the platform or while delivering a service they offer through it.
SuperAmiga´s objective is exclusively to enable Service Takers and Service Providers to connect for requesting and offering services. SuperAmiga UK Ltd has no obligation, liability, duty or control of any nature whatsoever, with respect to the interactions between Service Takers and Service Providers which take place through its platform, namely with regards to: the quality of the service provided by the Service Providers; the legal framework in which the service is provided by the Service Provider; the validity of the information provided by the Service Provider registered on the platform and displayed on his public profile; the validity of the Service Taker’s request; etc.
To offer services as a Service Provider , you must be registered on www.AmigaApp.com or SuperAmiga App or SuperAmiga.com; and you have to:
The platform allows all registered Service Providers to use it without any fixed charge, so you will be able to:
There will be no charge or fixed fee when using the platform, SupeAmiga only will get a commission everytime a Service Provider delivers a service and that happens only after the money is paid by the Service Taker throughout the payment platform of our partner. Your percentage depends on the category of the service itself.
The following are the percentages of the commission per category and these can change without previous notice, you have to check this information on the platform regularly:

Service Providers responsibilities
Keep their personal and business information up to date, specially that data related to current phone number, bank account details, service prices and calendar availability.
Delivering the best performance possible.
Complying with the law and behaving in good faith and manners.
Invoicing clients when required.
Cancellations and reschedules
If a Service Provider cancels an existing reservation to deliver a service, the money she was supposed to receive will be retained until the platform notifies the Service Taker to manage the situation, first of all, looking for a new service provider or in the less expected case, refunding the money.
If the Service Provider has a reason to justify the cancellation, there won’t be any penalties for her to keep using the platform, but, if the number of cancelations are above 3 in the quarter, her profile will be or might be blocked permanently or temporarily.
If the Service Provider has a personal situation and wants to reschedule the service, she just has to ask directly to her customer to arrange a new date for the service on the platform.
Payments of the services
The service taker pays the price for every service in advance, once the reservation is confirmed. After the service is delivered, the service taker will be able to add tips or donations to the final bill, before closing and rating the service. Looking for customer satisfaction, 100% of the payment to the service provider will be retained on our partner platform and will be authorized and released only 48 hours after delivering the service, as the platform is giving that period of time to the service taker for reporting any kind of claim or dissatisfaction.
For any cancellation or refund requests, please contact us through email at: help@amigaapp.com no later than forty eight (48) hours after the final billing. No claim will be considered after the forty eight (48) hours period. If you deactivate your account before we process your case, we will not be able to process your request.
By submitting your personal information to create an account on the platform, you become a User, a Service Taker. As a User, you will be able to look for services and the information of the service providers available to deliver then, including their personal and business profile which give you access to their prices and their agendas; so you can decide who seems to be the best fit for your needs and book the services straight away from the platform. Furthermore, you authorize the platform to share the required information from your Account with the service providers.
Every contact between the Users must be established through the platform in order to avoid miscommunication, misunderstandings and to be able to track any issue with the transactions, in addition to the impact in the loyalty program that each of them should be taking part in.
To access SuperAmiga App’s services, all Service Takers of the platform must create a Service Taker Account on it. If you decide you no longer want to use your Service Taker Account, you can deactivate or delete it by sending an email requesting to do so to: help@amigaapp.com. After deleting your data, or in the event of account deactivation, it is possible that copies of the data related to your account remain visible, as they have been shared with other Users of the platform.
Superamiga UK Ltd has no legal obligation to ensure results regarding the quality of the services provided to your bookings nor the specific requests you could do with them. Service Takers are solely responsible for the information they post online on the platform. Superamiga UK Ltd may not be deemed to be a recruiter. Superamiga UK Ltd cannot be deemed to be a temping or recruitment agency, nor an employer or an agent on behalf of its Users.
In order to enable your Service Taker Account to work properly, you agree to:
Each request must be originated from a real Service Taker who requires a service.

Superamiga UK Ltd may, at its sole discretion, delete any content published on the platform which does not comply with the terms of service or which is harmful and damaging to its brand or image, or to any user of the platform.
These behaviours may lead to civil and/or criminal lawsuits. SuperAmiga UK Ltd may appeal to the judicial authorities in order to criminally prosecute Users who have been part of such violations. In the event that you fail to comply with any of the prohibitions detailed above,SuperAmiga UK Ltd may temporarily revoke your access to the platform or permanently revoke your access to the platform.
All the content of the platform (information, texts, graphics, videos, images, logos, icons, files, etc.) are the exclusive property of SuperAmiga UK Ltd. All content is protected by copyright, trademark law, authors’ rights and intellectual property law. No Service Taker nor Service Provider using our services has the right to use any type of content belonging to SuperAmiga UK Ltd in a context (other website, other mobile app, etc.) other than the platform. All code created by SuperAmiga UK Ltd to display or generate its content on the platform is protected by intellectual property law and you should not attempt to copy nor modify any piece of code at the risk of criminal prosecution.
SuperAmiga UK Ltd offers an exclusively online service through the platform, with the sole intent of connecting women offering services and women looking for those services. By using the platform, as a Service Provider, you will have access to several requests for services from Service Takers and you will receive requests for services matching your skills (based on the information provided by you on your Profile).
The Service Takers have access to different categories within which they can find every service provided by the service providers, They choose a service, a time, a date and then the platform displays a list of service providers available. The service takers will be able to see their profiles, including experience, fees, rating and more; to evaluate who match better their expectations and needs and then they follow the payment process to confirm the booking. The payment process is made on Stripe as we decided to partner with them because of their trustworthy platform. As soon as the payment is finished by the service taker, the service provider will receive a notification. Once you are notified that a Service Taker has done a reservation, you are committed to carrying out that service at the time, at the place and under the conditions stipu. You should arrive or connect on time, be fully prepared to do the work requested and be polite in all circumstances.
Once the Service Provider has ended the service, the Service Taker and the service provider will be able to confirm if the service was, in fact, successfully completed, and they both will be able to leave a review & feedback about each other. This feedback is given without any interference from the platform, consequently the platform will not be held liable for the reviews given, nor may Service Providers or Service Takers demand any type of action from the platform, nor that they control and/or validate in any way, the opinions expressed about the service provided by the Service Provider to the Service Taker.
SuperAmiga UK Ltd, through the platform, acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the Service Provider’ commercial status nor for their legal ability to issue invoices. The Service Providers are solely responsible for their taxes, for complying with tax regulations regarding the revenues obtained from the services provided to the Service Takers, and for complying with social security regulations, in accordance with their country’s legislation.
In the context of using the services of the platform, as a Service Taker, you have access to Service Providers’ Profiles through the platform. You agree to use these Profiles adhering to the General Terms and Conditions, current laws and regulations and data protection rules. You agree to take all appropriate steps to protect the information which you obtain when viewing the Profiles, and namely steps against theft, malicious use, unauthorized access, publication for commercial use, their modification or deletion. The Service Providers alone create their Profile. The platform in no ways guarantees the accuracy or the veracity of these Profiles and the associated content. SuperAmiga UK Ltd reserves the right to restrict the amount of data which Service Takers can access. SuperAmiga UK Ltd may change these restrictions at any time and at its sole discretion. When you are looking for a service, the platform automatically displays suitable Service Providers according to your location and time selected and it’s completely your responsibility to select the Service Provider and proceed with the reservation and the payment of the service.
SuperAmiga UK Ltd will not be liable in the event of any dispute arising between Service takers and Service Providers.
The Service Taker is responsible for checking the information provided by the Service Provider in order to ensure the competence of the latter to successfully carry out the proposed services. Superamiga UK Ltd will not be held responsible and declines any civil and/or criminal liability for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the relation established between the users of the platform.
As a User, you agree that you will not make any claims, bring proceedings or request compensation (including any related legal fees) against Superamiga UK Ltd with regards to any type of Service Provider or Service Taker content that you have provided on the platform, nor for your use of its content, nor for any infringements to third party rights’ by you, nor for your breach of the terms stipulated on these Terms and Conditions of Services.
Superamiga UK Ltd will not be liable, under any circumstance, in the event of any system malfunction which is beyond its control, namely any type of network interruption, telephone or Internet malfunction. Superamiga UK Ltd will not be liable in the event of force majeure circumstances (namely a strike, an Internet failure, etc.). Superamiga UK Ltd will not be liable and decline any responsibility in the event of any malicious intrusions, hacking, or the deployment of any virus on our server and/or on the platform and/or in the emails we sent.
The platform could include links to third party websites. Superamiga UK Ltd will not be held responsible for the hypertext links to other websites. Superamiga UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for any hyperlinks which lead to the platform. If you access any of these third-party websites, you do so at your own risk.
The User is advised that Superamiga UK Ltd or other partner websites may use cookies and Tag actions (identifiers) with the sole intention of measuring the efficiency of its services. All information collected by these companies through cookies or Tag actions is entirely anonymous. However, the User has the option of refusing the cookies and the Tag actions, by simply changing his Internet browser settings. Should the User decide to change these settings, the User may not be able to benefit from all the features and services offered on SuperAmiga App.
SuperAmiga App’s platform is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of any possible breakdown or of any maintenance required to ensure the proper functioning of the website. Superamiga UK Ltd reserves the right to interrupt SuperAmiga App’s services at any time and for whatever reason, and this will not entitle Users to damages or compensation.
Superamiga UK Ltd does not make any claims nor any promises regarding the conduct or information provided and shared by third parties; such as Service Providers or Service Takers or any other possible users or partners of the platform, either the website or the mobile application. Furthermore, Superamiga UK Ltd will not be held liable for any losses or damages of any nature arising from their actions or omissions, including, for example, if an user is found guilty of abusive use of your content, your identity or your personal information, or if you have a disappointing experience with any of the woman interacting and using the platform. You hire any services offered by a third party through the platform at your own risk.
SuperAmiga UK Ltd reserves the right to refuse the use of its services immediately to any User, without any prior notification nor any type of compensation, and without prejudice to any possible compensation due to SuperAmiga App, in the event of non-compliance by any User of any of his obligations as referenced in these Terms of Service, and particularly in the event of an act of piracy or an attempted illegal use of any information present on the platform that is found to have been caused or originated by a User. We will inform the User of our decision through email.
The only rights and resources available exclusively to you, as a User, in the event of general dissatisfaction with the platform, the services provided or any other complaint are the termination and the complete cancellation of your access and use of the platform.

Whether there is any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding the interpretation, execution and/or the implementation of any of its sections, or there is no settlement reached between the parties involved, the relevant governing law and jurisdiction clauses apply.
